Because every item at PeaMac Tees is made-to-order just for you, we follow a strict return and refund policy that is standard in the print-on-demand industry.

  • 30-Day Issue Resolution Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any problems with your order.

✔️ Returns Accepted ONLY for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Since your item is custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong colour
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that arrive in perfect condition

However, we will replace or refund an order free of charge if it arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

This approach ensures fairness while protecting small print-on-demand businesses from absorbing production and shipping costs.

How to Report an Issue (Required Before Any Return)

To request a replacement or refund, email us at peamactees@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective area
  • A short description of the issue

Without clear photo evidence, we cannot process replacements, as required by print-on-demand production partners.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand production, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective:

  • All apparel
  • Accessories
  • Seasonal items
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or print-on-demand products, which are exempt under EU law.

Because all PeaMac Tees items are made-to-order, cooling-off returns are only allowed if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Where to Send Approved Returns

If a physical return is required (rare), we will provide the appropriate return address and prepaid label after your return request is approved.
